Sr. Manager/ Manager - Product Development (SM)

Job Activities:

• Primary domain knowledge of SM products manufacturing, including expertise in sheet metal manufacturing processes, strip layout design and practices and sheet metal tooling knowledge and tooling cost estimation

• Experienced in managing the entire RFQ (Request for Quotation) to product delivery cycle efficiently

• Skilled in man management, ensuring effective coordination, motivation, and productivity of the team

• Strong ability to interface with customers, addressing requirements, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction

• Basic knowledge of SolidWorks and AutoCAD for creating and modifying product designs

• Familiar with Tools and Equipment essential for manufacturing processes, ensuring optimal utilization

• Hands-on experience in fabrication and assembly operations, ensuring precise execution and quality

• Proficient in quality control processes, ensuring finishing and adherence to product standards

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality and reliable results.

• Ability to solve the tool related concern and part related concern due to tooling.
